These are the areas QORINAI recruits for as projects reach delivery. Openings are not always advertised — expressions of interest are read and kept on file, and we come back to people when a hall, a cluster or a market opens.
Working here
What the work is actually like.
AI halls are power projects, construction projects, hardware projects and software operations at the same time. People here cross those boundaries rather than sit behind one of them.
Whole-chain exposure
A graduate here can see a site's grid response, the hall design that follows from it, the GPU nodes that fill the hall and the model a customer runs on them — inside one company, in one year.
Density that is ahead of the market
We design at 250 kW per rack with direct liquid cooling, not at the 10–15 kW air-cooled point most Australian halls were built for. The engineering problems are current, not legacy.
Sovereign work
Australian company, Australian halls, Australian hardware supply and support. Work stays in the country, and so does the data it runs on.
