QORINAI and Amaze Intelligence form a strategic partnership — and a vehicle to run it.
Amaze Intelligence Pty Ltd joins QORINAI Pty Ltd as its operating team and as a strategic shareholder in QINARI Pty Ltd, the single-purpose vehicle that will own the GPU fleet — so the company running the clusters is invested in the company that owns them.
Sydney, 3 November 2026 — QORINAI Pty Ltd today announced a strategic partnership with Amaze Intelligence Pty Ltd, an Australian sovereign AI, cloud and data provider, and the formation of a joint single-purpose vehicle, QINARI Pty Ltd, to own and operate GPU compute capacity in Australia.
Under the partnership Amaze Intelligence Pty Ltd takes two roles. It becomes QORINAI's operating team — responsible for the on-the-ground operation of the GPU clusters, from rack and power through to scheduling, monitoring and tenant support — and it becomes a strategic shareholder in QINARI Pty Ltd, so that the company running the fleet is invested in the vehicle that owns it. Amaze also provides the software layer that sits on top of the hardware: model serving, private cloud and the tooling that lets a customer put a cluster to work rather than merely rent one.
The arrangement closes a gap that is common in AI infrastructure. Equipment is typically bought by one party, housed by a second, operated by a third and sold by a fourth, each on its own paper. Here the manufacturer, the operator and the owner sit inside a single vehicle on arm's-length written agreements, so a supplier, a financier or a customer underwrites one counterparty and one asset.
Who Amaze Intelligence is
Amaze Intelligence Pty Ltd is an Australian private company based in Sydney. It also operates under the business names Wholesale Cloud, UNEOS and IPNG. Its services are set out at amaze.au.
On its own account, Amaze is family-owned, Sydney-based and has operated Australian cloud infrastructure for two decades, built sovereign from the outset rather than repositioned for it. It runs two Australian regions — Sydney and Melbourne — carrier-grade transit into each, and states a financially backed 99.9 per cent uptime service level measured monthly across its live Australian regions. It reports ISO 27001 certification, with audit reports available under non-disclosure.
Its service lines map directly onto what a GPU vehicle needs: sovereign GPU pools and reserved clusters, multi-model inferencing across more than a hundred hosted models, private cloud and bare metal, high-performance computing for training and fine-tuning, plus colocation, storage and disaster recovery. Its customers span financial services, government, enterprise, software, AI startups and education.
For QORINAI the attraction is not the brochure. It is that the operator already runs production Australian infrastructure for Australian customers, under Australian law, and has done so long enough to have an operating record rather than a plan.
Why sovereign, and why Australia
Australian buyers of AI compute — regulated institutions, government agencies, health and defence-adjacent industries — increasingly cannot place a workload wherever it is cheapest. They need the data, the control plane and the support to sit in one jurisdiction, with no foreign escalation path and no exposure to overseas disclosure regimes. That is a structural requirement, not a preference, and it does not disappear when offshore capacity gets cheaper.
Australia is also unusually well placed to serve it. Power and land exist at a scale that suits gigawatt-class campuses; the grid connection process, while slow, is transparent; and the legal system is one that international lenders already underwrite. What has been missing is the middle of the chain — hardware built onshore, a vehicle that can carry equipment finance, and an operator who can run the fleet to a service level once it is racked.
QORINAI's own position sits on the supply side of that chain. Its strategic shareholder, Hyper Scalers Pty Ltd, has manufactured open-OEM servers, storage and networking in Australia since 2014; platforms are integrated and burned in locally, and serial numbers are recorded from delivery. With Amaze Intelligence Pty Ltd the chain now runs from an Australian build through an Australian vehicle to an Australian operator — and the compute stays onshore throughout.
The vehicle: QINARI Pty Ltd
QINARI Pty Ltd is the first operating vehicle formed under QORINAI's Qinari platform. It owns the equipment, signs the supply, hosting and offtake agreements, carries the debt and distributes the returns for one defined programme. It does not trade and it holds nothing outside that programme, so security sits against the vehicle alone — no consolidation with its shareholders, no cross-default with any other vehicle.
Capacity under the vehicle is deployed into established Tier III+ carrier-neutral colocation in Australia, named to counterparties in the deployment documentation. Governance is in place before funding: constitution, shareholders' agreement, service agreements and board resolutions, with related-party terms disclosed to all shareholders and every service agreement struck on arm's-length terms.
A dedicated site for the vehicle — covering its structure, governance, compliance controls and reporting — is being published separately for counterparties conducting diligence.
About the parties
QORINAI Pty Ltd develops and deploys AI data centre infrastructure in Australia, from land and grid power through to GPU capacity and the software that runs on it. Its strategic shareholder, Hyper Scalers Pty Ltd (trading as Hyperscalers), has manufactured open-OEM servers, storage and networking in Australia since 2014.
QINARI Pty Ltd is the single-purpose vehicle formed by QORINAI Pty Ltd with Amaze Intelligence Pty Ltd to own and finance a defined AI compute programme. It is the first operating vehicle under QORINAI's Qinari platform, where every partnership — a GPU cluster, a data-centre build, an overseas market — is incorporated as its own ring-fenced company.
Amaze Intelligence Pty Ltd provides sovereign AI, cloud and data services in Australia, operating in Sydney and Melbourne. Statements about Amaze's operating history, service levels and certifications in this release are made on Amaze's own account.
