Sydney, 3 November 2026 — QINARI Pty Ltd will present at the Equinix AI Ecosystem Exchange in Singapore on Monday 16 November 2026. Equinix's event page gives the day as 09:30 to 18:00, with registration from 08:30. The venue is confirmed in the invitation.

Equinix (Nasdaq: EQIX) operates more than 260 data centres across over 70 metros worldwide. The AI Ecosystem Exchange is a curated Equinix forum that brings selected AI providers together with enterprise buyers for structured one-to-one business matching, with Equinix describing the Singapore buyer audience as drawn mainly from financial services and fin-tech. Alongside the matched meetings the day includes provider booths, executive networking and presentations. Attendance is by invitation and the number of places is limited.

QINARI Pty Ltd is an Australian special-purpose vehicle that owns and finances AI compute infrastructure, and is an Equinix partner. At the Singapore edition it is among the providers presenting.

The QINARI session

Four topics are scheduled:

  • Australian sovereign AI compute — the categories of demand that cannot leave the jurisdiction, and the requirements that follow from serving them onshore under Australian law.
  • The partnership with Equinix — how capacity is housed, and the effect on a customer's deployment timetable.
  • Software — the layer that turns allocated hardware into usable capacity: scheduling and tenant isolation across training and inference workloads; multi-model serving across open-weight and frontier models, with the quantisation and batching choices that set cost per token and latency under load; private deployment through IntraLLM for organisations whose prompts and training data cannot leave their own network; and the telemetry, utilisation and availability reporting a counterparty receives.
  • Data-centre technology — how a hall is designed for the current generation of accelerators: a design point of up to 250 kW per rack against the 10–15 kW an older enterprise hall assumes; direct-to-chip liquid cooling with coolant distribution units and leak detection in place of air; A+B busway distribution sized for load that swings with each synchronised training step; floor loading and delivery paths for fully populated rack-scale systems; 800G rail-optimised GPU fabric; and commissioning by benchmark and sustained thermal soak before handover.

The wider Equinix programme

Equinix sets the agenda for the day. It currently includes a keynote on distributed AI infrastructure in Asia-Pacific, a session on AI in financial services from the enterprise buyer's perspective, presentations from selected AI providers, and a session on Equinix Fabric and the interconnection ecosystem. Programme details are indicative and subject to confirmation by Equinix.

Intended audience

The format is designed for organisations evaluating where to run AI workloads in Asia-Pacific and Australia, including those operating under sovereignty or data-residency requirements, together with data-centre and interconnection partners and institutions following Australian digital infrastructure. The one-to-one matching format suits specific questions on configuration, timetable or compliance requirements.
